Apple Will Offer The Photography and Art Workshops Starting Next Month

Apple will offer photography and art workshops in its retail stores starting next month, as it’s reported by CNET. Through the photography workshop, user can learn how to use a variety of apps on the iPhone and iPad to capture images more creatively.

“We’ll help you try out various accessories and techniques — like long exposure for light trails, using Time-lapse to show progression, or getting up close with nature using a macro lens,” Apple said in a statement. “Then, we’ll explore artistic ways to adjust and edit your photos, so you can create a work of art, find your style, or just improve your skills.”

On the Art workshop, Apple will teach technique for sketching, drawing, and painting using the iPad Air 2 or iPad Pro.

These workshops are part of their new campaign “Start Something New“, which exposes the artworks of artists using Apple products.  Some of the artists that Apple is featuring in-store and online will discuss their work and techniques during an event at the Apple store on 14th Street in New York.

Start Something New

“Join us for a special evening with artists Tiffany Bozic, Jake Sargeant, William Hundley, Greg Barth, and Bernhard Lang. Hear these talented illustrators, digital artists, and photographers discuss their work with moderator Evan Pricco, Editor of “Juxtapoz Magazine.” And see how they use iPhone, iPad, and Mac—along with great apps and accessories—to produce their art. Then get up close with each of them to ask questions and learn about techniques that can help you create your own amazing art.”

You can sign in to reservation via this link. The workshops will be held at every Apple Store around the world. You can check the schedule if you are interested to join the workshops.
