So, first check if this option is on for that particular app. Head towards settings> display>Full-screen apps. And here check thoroughly if the full-screen apps is on for each and every single app. If not, then turn enable it for every app and that app are not on full-screen issue will get fixed then.

The next solution to is to turn on the full-screen apps right from that troubled app. So, you are not required to come out of that app and head towards settings. This is the expand icon, Just tap on that and you will be able to enjoy the full-screen apps.

Another useful way to get the full-screen app is to make use of the button ‘Tap here to fill the entire screen’. And that’s it. However, this option will not be available for every app. All those apps that are full screen compatible will have a small notification at the bottom of the screen.
