To use Low power mode, you need to install iOS 9 on your iPhone or iPad if you already haven’t. Here is the guide: How To Update iOS On iPhone, iPad, And iPod Touch.

In order to enable low power mode using Siri, you need to enable “Hey Siri” first. If you haven’t already did that, just read the guide: How to enable “Hey Siri” in iOS 9.

The last step, which is also the simplest one is to say: “Hey Siri, turn on low power mode”. Your virtual intelligent assistant will enable this mode.

When you want to disable the feature, just say: “Hey Siri, turn off low power mode.”

That is how simple this is! So, it is a lot easier to enable/disable low power mode using Siri than going through settings.
